Admission Process for 1 & 2 Year Class Room Programs
Target strives to develop systems which shall continuously asses the needs and enhance the quality and standards of coaching process in Engineering and Medical education as well as for National level competitive entrance exams. Our objective is to attract and nurture talent, provide them with best opportunities for career advancement and inculcate the spirit of excellence in engineering and medical profession
We at Target, provide admissions in various Medical, Engineering, Foundations courses in different programs like Regular Classroom Program (RCP), Distance Learning (DLP). Admission processes may vary from one course to another course. However, we provide admissions through our selection process of MA (Merit Award Admission) and TSCAT (Target Scholarship Cum Admission Test).
Target offers direct admission option in all of its courses. The direct admission is provided on the basis of percentage of marks secured by the student in his/her School/Board Examination. Each course has predefined specific percentage admission criterion. Broadly explained below:

Target Scholarship Cum Admission Test (TSCAT): Target also offers admission to those students who could not perform well in their board exams and thus want another chance to showcase their potential for medicine or engineering as career. For such students, we have a provision of an admission test, where we test the basic knowledge of the student.
The syllabus of the admission test is different for different courses and can be obtained from the information desk at the concerned/applying Centre.
The admission test also gives an opportunity to a student to outperform and get scholarship in turn. A student, who has qualified our direct admission (Merit Award) criteria, can also appear for TSCAT in order to avail scholarship.
