Office Time: 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM (Weekdays), 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM (Sunday)
Transport Facility: The institute provides transport facility for students at certain centers. The charges for transport will be extra.
Hostel Facility : The institute has arrangement for hostel facility. The charges for hostel will be extra.
Library Facility: The Institute provides Library facility inside premises only for students studying in One/Two year classroom course. The membership fee for Library is Rs.2000 out of which Rs.1000 (Security deposit) is refundable. If book submitted after 7 days, a late fine of Rs.20 per day will be applicable.
Meaning of Scholarship: Scholarship means Fee Concession, Fee Discount, and Fee Waiver. If at any point of time government decides to change Service Tax or GST on the scholarship/concession amount/fee waiver and in prize money, then the service tax or GST shall be borne by the students/parents
Refund Policy for Classroom Courses: No Refund of Registration Fee, Admission Fee, Target Scholarship cum Admission Fee, Target Aptitude Test, National Target Talent Search Examination Fee, Short Term Course Fee (like 10days, 20days, 30days, 45days, 60days etc.), Test Series Fee, Study Material Fee shall be made under any circumstances whatsoever. Students can avail Refund of Tuition Fee at the rate of pro-rata basis if he/she has paid lump sum, and leaves the institute after few months because of any reason whatsoever, for two/one year classroom program only. Application should be processed in the name “Managing Director of Target”. The process of refund will be done within 90 days after application only. The application must wait till maximum 90 days period.
Target Scholarship cum Admission Test: The Target Scholarship cum Admission Test fee is Rs.500 (Rs.424 + 18% GST Rs.76.32). This amount can be paid either by cash or Bank Draft in favour of “Target IITJEE-PMT Pvt. Ltd.”. The test fee is non-refundable under any circumstances

Grievances: Target IITJEE-PMT Private Limited has a policy of redressing a grievance as soon as it arises. Target IITJEE-PMT Private Limited firmly believes that redressing grievances whether it is of faculty, employees or students, is mandatory for the smooth functioning of the organization. The person responsible for redressing the grievances can be reached either through a phone call or by sending an e-mail. Anyone can meet him in person with the office time of 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Monday only.
